We provide our services with professional skill and care. However, marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue. This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis.
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
