Working with UAE & Dubai brands

Lead generation for UAE brands.

Ninety minutes of time difference, the same working week, and a team that has run high-volume property and education lead generation for years.

Ninety minutes apart, same working week

The UAE is the closest market to us in every sense that matters operationally.

India is an hour and a half ahead of Gulf Standard Time, and both countries run a Monday to Friday working week. There's no overlap problem to solve and no scheduling gymnastics. A call at 11am in Dubai is 12:30pm here.

There's a category fit too. A lot of what gets advertised in the UAE is property, education, healthcare and services, which is most of what we already do. The real estate campaigns on this site generated over 1,500 qualified leads. Dubai property marketing is a harder, more expensive version of the same problem, not a different one.

Why the UAE brands work with us

Ninety minutes, same week

Monday to Friday on both sides. Calls happen whenever suits you.

Property lead generation experience

Qualifying hard and early, which is the whole game when leads are cheap and buyers are not.

Built for high-competition auctions

UAE cost per lead is brutal. Creative and landing pages have to carry more weight, and we build for that.

English-first, India-adjacent

Straightforward communication, and a familiar business culture on both sides.

Multi-channel by default

Meta and Google together, because Gulf buyers research across both.

Reporting to cost per qualified lead

Not impressions, not clicks. What it costs to get someone worth calling.

How we work with the UAE

Practically speaking, UAE accounts run the closest to how an in-house team would. We're on your working week, ninety minutes ahead, so nothing waits overnight.

One thing worth flagging early: WhatsApp does more work in the Gulf than it does almost anywhere else. Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns delivered 200 admissions at 12X ROAS for an education client of ours, and the same mechanic tends to travel well to UAE property and services, where buyers expect to message rather than fill in a form and wait.

Media costs in the UAE are high enough that inefficiency shows up fast. That's a good thing for a partner who reports honestly and an uncomfortable one for anyone selling reach.

the UAE clients often ask

Do you have a Dubai office?
No. We work with UAE clients remotely from Pune, India. Given the ninety-minute difference it rarely comes up.
Do you have UAE case studies?
Not yet. Our real estate and education results are from Indian campaigns. The mechanics carry over; UAE media costs are considerably higher and we plan for that from the start rather than discovering it in month two.
Can you run Arabic campaigns?
We work in English. For Arabic creative we'd bring in a native copywriter and be transparent about that being a partner rather than in-house.
How do you charge?
Monthly, invoiced in AED or USD, whichever is easier for your finance team.
Is WhatsApp marketing something you do?
Yes, and in the Gulf it's usually one of the first things we'd suggest testing.
How quickly can we start?
Usually one to two weeks from scope agreement to first campaigns live, assuming ad accounts and tracking access are ready.
