Social Media Management

Social that builds a brand people remember and trust.

Content calendars planned a month ahead, not the night before

Overview

Posting consistently is not a social media strategy. Plenty of brands publish five times a week for a year and end up with a feed nobody remembers and an audience that would not notice if it stopped. The businesses that get real value from social treat it as a compounding asset — a recognisable point of view, produced to a standard, in formats the platform actually rewards.

We handle social media end to end: what to say, how it should look and sound, who makes it, when it goes out, and what happens in the comments and DMs afterwards. The goal is not a busy calendar. It is a brand that is familiar before the first sales conversation.

Strategy before content

We start by working out what your social presence is for. Brand familiarity, recruitment, community, direct response and customer support are all legitimate goals, but they produce very different content. Trying to serve all of them at once is the most common reason a feed feels scattered and performs poorly.

From there we define the content pillars — the three or four themes you will be known for — and the formats that carry them. That becomes a monthly calendar you approve in advance, so nothing is being invented the night before it publishes.

Production is the bottleneck, so we own it

Most social strategies fail at production, not planning. Ideas are easy; producing thirty pieces a month to a consistent standard is not. Our team handles design, short-form video editing, copywriting and scheduling in-house, and where a shoot is needed our media production team runs it. That vertical integration is why the calendar actually ships.

Community management is where trust is won

The comment section and the DM inbox are where a prospect decides whether you are a real business. We monitor and respond within agreed hours, escalate genuine enquiries to your team rather than letting them go cold, and keep a documented tone of voice so responses sound like one brand regardless of who is typing.

Organic and paid are not separate

Organic reach on most platforms is now a discovery mechanism rather than a distribution one. We use organic performance to identify which messages resonate, then put budget behind the proven ones — which is a far more reliable way to spend on social than writing ads in isolation.

Problems we solve

If any of this sounds familiar.

A feed with no point of view

Posts are technically on-brand but interchangeable with every competitor, so nothing is remembered and nothing is attributed to you.

Inconsistent publishing

Bursts of activity followed by silence, usually because production capacity was never planned for.

Followers that never buy

An audience assembled through giveaways and trends that has no overlap with your actual buyers.

Enquiries lost in the DMs

Real buying questions arriving in comments and inboxes that nobody owns, and which quietly go cold.

What you get

The outcomes this actually produces.

A brand people recognise

Why Sphurit

Why brands choose us for social media management.

In-house production

Design, video editing and copy sit under one roof with the strategy, so quality does not drop between plan and post.

We shoot as well as post

Our media production team can generate original footage, so your feed is not built entirely from stock and templates.

Documented tone of voice

Written, agreed and applied — so replies and captions sound like one brand, not five different people.

Reporting that names the reason

We tell you which specific posts worked and why, so the next month is better than the last.

FAQ

Social Media Management — your questions answered

How many posts a month do we get?

It depends on the plan, but a typical engagement runs twelve to twenty pieces a month across formats, weighted toward video because that is what the platforms currently distribute. We would rather ship fifteen strong pieces than thirty forgettable ones.

Do you create the visuals and video, or do we supply them?

We create them. Design, editing and copy are all in-house. If you have existing brand assets or product footage we will use them, and where original footage is needed our production team can shoot it.

Which platforms do you cover?

Usually Instagram and LinkedIn, with Facebook, YouTube Shorts and X added where the audience justifies it. We would rather run two platforms properly than five badly.

Do you handle replies and DMs?

Yes, within agreed hours. Genuine sales enquiries get routed to your team immediately rather than sitting in a shared inbox.

Do you run the paid budget too?

We can. Boosting proven organic content is usually the most efficient social spend available, and it is coordinated with any performance campaigns we run for you.

How long before social makes a difference?

Brand recognition compounds over months, not weeks. Expect meaningfully better engagement by month two or three, and genuine brand familiarity — prospects arriving already warm — from around month six.
